Ethnography: An Important Tool for Care Designers
VISUAL ETHNOGRAPHY: Design is both noun and verb. We need to see and listen to those who we design for. The people who will experience our product, service or environment. They inspire us to action and make or work life meaningful. The root of true innovation. (This post is inspired by a friend who lives this every day)
