Will Healthcare be Ready for the iPad Generation
I have no doubt the technology will be there. I fear, however, that we underestimate how deeply engrained provider-centric care delivery is. And for some reason, I’m thinking the whole “appointment/waiting room/do as I say because I’m the trained professional here” concept won’t sit well with her!
