The Positive Deviance Initiative (PDI) is a network organization, funded by the Rockefeller Foundation, dedicated to amplifying the use of the Positive Deviance (PD) approach to enable communities worldwide to solve seemingly “intractable” problems requiring behavioral and social change. The work of PDI is grounded in the discovery of innovations and people’s wisdom and the community transformation realized from unleashing them.
